Real Estate Company said that 76 condominium and freehold properties in GTA sold out for more than around $3 million between 1st Jan and 28th Feb, which were down by 180 sales during same period of time during last year.
In Oakville, 6 homes in same cost sold early by this year, as compared to 15 years ago.

As per RE/MAX, record-breaking pace of luxury market of home sales in Toronto from the last year that has slowed down and is still expecting huge activities during this year.
RE/MAX said that this has seen increase in sales of luxury homes in GTA’s Rosedale and Princess/Kingsway Anne Manor and Rosedale neighbourhoods, where around 10 homes have been sold out so far this year, including one of the most expensive home around $8.4 million.
